Bheki Mdhluli holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Natal, Durban majoring in Business Administration and Industrial Psychology, having had a brief stint at The School of Architecture.
His business career started in the Durban Chamber of Commerce and Industry before he migrated to financial services with Investec Bank and Ithala Development Finance Corporation. It was in both institutions that he developed a love for and a passion for property - investment, development and financing.
Bheki brings an experienced hand to PPI and a wide, diverse network in the public and private sector. He is comfortable at any level of society and sees this as a positive attribute in property investment and sales.
His interests are architecture, motorsport, reading, film and art.
A family man he can be found most often tending to a fire during the weekends but will take calls at all hours for business enquiries.
